Best of all, if you’re conferencing for a couple of days, you’ll probably want to dine out or see some of the beautiful Margaret River region as a team. Liz will help organise it – she knows the best tour companies, the hottest restaurants and all the wineries.
We can organise taxis and group transport, restaurant bookings, awesome activities – ask us and we’ll find you some great options.
Seriously good food
You’ll find no shop-bought bickies or soggy sandwiches here. With an onsite restaurant, we make delicious, fresh food for your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
The restaurant, Willow Grill, overlooks a picturesque lake. On a sunny day you can relax on the deck with a local craft beer or wine. In winter, warm up by the fireplace.
Function manager Liz will make sure the kitchen team is fully briefed on any dietary requirements so that vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and everyone else, all have great dining experiences. We’ll create a menu to suit your budget, and if you’re keen to have meals out, we’ll help recommend and book fantastic restaurants and wineries.
Wong Yin Man (otherwise known as Kira), our head chef, is proud of all the yummy creations that come out of the kitchen – it’s food made with love.

“Fantastic seminar, conference or workshop space.
I held a one-day Professional Development Workshop recently at the Quality Inn and it was fantastic!
Prior to the session I coordinated with Liz, the Conference Coordinator and she was patient, helpful and flexible as I made changes to the final numbers of those who would be attending up to, and including the day we were there.
Before the workshop started there were some IT issues and Justin, the GM was incredibly helpful and was able to sort out the problems before we commenced – I was very grateful he took the time and made the effort to do so as I was struggling to find a resolution.
All the other staff were attentive and responsive, as soon as something was requested it was there! Water jugs were kept topped up and tea and coffee in the room was replenished quietly without distracting those in attendance.
The food was fantastic – we had morning tea and a buffet lunch and everyone remarked on the quality and amount served – a variety of tasty dishes that were refilled at least a couple of times.
And the room itself was lovely. Everything was set up as requested and any additional request was completed without fuss. The room is spacious and light with large windows allowing lots of natural light.
