We’ve put together a suggested itinerary for a jam-packed Saturday in Margaret River.

To make the most of your weekend getaway, try and leave on Friday afternoon to catch a peaceful dinner in Margaret Rivers eclectic main street town at one of the many restaurant or pubs along Bussell Highway.

7am Rise and Shine!

If you’re staying with us, pre-book breakfast at Willow Grill for $15 per person per day. We have a great cold and hot buffet selection to get your day started. Our home-made muesli is a crowd favourite.

9:30am Morning beachside walk

Drive to Gnarabup beach. Take a scenic leisurely stroll along the coast, ending up at The White Elephant for a morning coffee and bite to eat. We recommend sharing the Wild Mushrooms on toasted sourdough.

12:30 Lunch at Swings and Roundabouts

Chalet 2, 2807 Caves Road, Yallingup

Driving along the beautiful Caves Road, you will come across many wineries and restaurants, however a lunch stop at Swings and Roundabouts is a must! Try their phenomenal wines and locally sourced meals whilst overlooking the winery.

4pm Walk around town

There are plenty of great stores and galleries to pick up a gift or simple souvenir for the family. The Margaret River Gallery have some great local art as well as beautiful handmade jewellery!

7pm Dinner

Come on home to Stay Margaret River and we’ll take care of dinner for you. We’d recommend our signature dish, caramelised pork belly with herb roasted potato wedges and house salad. Kids eat free when dining with adults!
