If we have your email address, we will send you links to review us on Google for both Stay Margaret River and Willow Grill
What are the parking facilities at Stay?
We have over 80 free parking bays.
Will I be charged a fee for payments on my Credit Card?
A service fee of 1.2% applies to all credit / debit card transactions. Alternatively, payment may be made no later than 10 business days prior to arrival via bank deposit. Please enquire for further information.
Are rooms cleaned during my stay?
We service rooms daily unless you have opted to GO GREEN or your special package does not include room servicing. You may opt to have your room cleaned in this instance on a certain day for an additional $25.
When is reception open?
Reception is open
Monday to Saturday 7am – 6pm
Sunday & Public Holidays 7am – close (reduced hours)
What languages are spoken at reception?
The only language spoken at reception is English.
What time is check in/check out?
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am
Am I able to extend my stay?
You are welcome to extend your stay at any time. The rate charged would be the Best Available Rate at the time of extending.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, our Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout the property.
When were the rooms last refurbished?
Rooms are constantly being repainted and new furniture bought for them on a rolling scheme.
Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?
We have 3 rooms available that are accessible with facilities
Is it cheaper to book online/direct?
It is always best to book direct on our website or on the phone to get the best deal available.
Do children stay for free?
Children stay free when sharing existing bedding in a room. If any additional bedding is required, there is a charge of $30 or $50 including breakfast.
Does Stay Margaret river have a restaurant?
Willow Grill is our onsite restaurant serving a seasonal menu and weekly chef specials.
We are open for dinner Monday to Saturday 5.30pm – 9pm (Last orders in the kitchen are 8pm)
We are not open on Sunday nights but do recommend many restaurants in town.
Is room service available?
The full Willow Grill menu is available for room serve. Simply dial 112 from you room phone to place your order.
I am interested in holding a function or convention at Stay Margaret River, what are my options?
We have a variety of options available to you, we cater for functions up to 500 people. Please call the hotel on 97572633 and someone will be delighted to help.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival. Should you decide to cancel the reservation after 12pm, 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, the balance will be forfeited. Cancellations up to this time prior to arrival will incur no costs.
Am I able to purchase a gift card?
You are welcome to purchase gift vouchers from reception. Simply call us and we will either email or post the voucher to you.
How do I redeem gift card?
Simply quote the reference number on the gift voucher when making the reservation.
Is there public transport close to the hotel?
There is a taxi service in Margaret River, reception is happy to arrange that for you. The bus stop for incoming or departing busses to and from Margaret River is 1km from the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
This depends on the type of booking you have with us. But a full breakfast buffet is available to be purchased 7 days a week in Willow Grill. Bed & Breakfast bookings include the full hot and cold buffet.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 10am
Saturday & Sunday 8am – 10am
Are the rooms self-contained?
The Rooms have tea coffee making facilities in them and a fridge to store food. There are 2 barbeques onsite for your convenience.
